About the Role

A Top-Tier Tap & Sanware distributor in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town is seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Driver to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering bathroom and sanitaryware products to customers across Cape Town and surrounding areas ensuring excellent service and professional representation of the brand.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to)

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver tap and sanitaryware products to customers, retailers and project sites.
• Load and offload stock with care to prevent damage.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, invoices, and PODs.
• Follow designated routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at all delivery points.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies.
• Assisting with inventory handling.
• Picking, packing and general warehouse tasks.
• Handling stock with care.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid South African Code 8 or Code 10 Drivers Licence (PDP advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years driving experience, preferably within the plumbing, hardware, or building materials sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Cape Town routes.
• Ability to handle heavy or bulky products.
• Clear communication skills and good customer-service orientation.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Matric (advantageous)
